Default $1000 for you to spend

So I am looking for some suggestions on what to purchase next for my truck.
My question is if you have about $1000.00 to spend on my truck what would you invest it in? Looks???? Performance?????

This is my list but feel free to add your own.

Ram Air Hood
Air Ride Suspension
******* Fiberglass bed Cover
4.10 gears

You guys tell me what should be on the top of my list??? Or am I missing something?????

For me it would be the hood or gears. Think I'd go for the hood though. That's just me.

I say hood, but I think it runs tad bit more than a $1000 painted, or can get it around a $1000 primed I believe. Where else can you get a ram air hood besides ramairhood.com?

If you get the hood let us know if the windshield washers shoot over the top of the cab.

I'd go for the bed cover. Covered and semi-secure storage are always nice to have.

for something cheap i would go for dropping it first... then then bed cover

OR get some custom paint on your stock hood or tail gate (like me lol)
would break up the monotonous tone

you dont have to get something as wild.. maybe some pin stripes on the hood or side..

like dan ward.. he got black pin stripes on his fenders and side of his bed... little touches like this make the difference between winning and bing nominated...

Maybe some of you should save the thousand bucks, there is such a thing as overdoing it. So far the only one I have seen in my opinion overdone was one with huge spoked rims, just too much chrome. Some are getting close, Doc good choice on the stripes instead of flames...would have been over the top.
I think I would put it into speakers, amp,sub...probably the kicker plug n play set up and the kick sub and second amp. Would be a few dollars over1000 but not much. Might even be under depending if I buy it online and shop around

How about a custom tune? I didn't see that listed in your mod signature.

I'd go with this option also.

I agree that there could be too much on a truck! Like CHROME!!!!!!! If you see I have 2 colors on my truck and its going to stay that way. If I can paint it orange or black its not going on.

As far as Audio and Video, I was in the car audio industry for 14 yrs. I did cars for Kenwood in S Fl back in the day. If and when I do the sound system its going to be a lot, lol.

1st truck with the diablo tune and I have a custom tune. If I change the hood I will need to tweak it a bit.

Bag it. Make it a DIY with pics and step by step.
