My 06 had an ebay special intake pipe/setup with a K&N cone filter. Obviously this ran about 70% cheaper than a name brand system. The air box seems to be the same between the two trucks. Has anybody tried or does anybody know if I could use a 3rd Gen short ram intake in our trucks? TIA.

considering that our 09 intake is at the front of the motor facing up I'm positive that the system from older year trucks will not work. well, at least not without alot of cutting and rigging.

 

lol... thanks... yeah to be honest I hadn't even popped the hood.... but I do seem to remember that now.
