I have a 2009 Dodge ram 1500 4x4. My truck came from the factory equipped with factory tow hooks. I am looking to put a 3" body lift on it. The kit comes with brackets to raise the bumpers. Can i keep the tow hooks? If so how does it work since the hooks go through the front bumper? Does any one know/

on my dakota you had to trim the bumper in order to keep the hooks, so i built my own bumper, im sure it will be the same on yours, unless you have more than 3in from the hooks to the bottom of the bumper as it sits now
