Default MDS/Fuel Saver Light Again

Once again I leave the dealer with no "fuel saver" light or "MDS" indicator light. They say there is no flash for this. The flash code was presented here some time back and I will start searching for it as soon as I am done here. Am I the only 09 ram owner without the fuel saver light? Maybe someone can point me to it?

I also had a recall on the AC/Heat blower damper motor. I had to leave it as they had to remove the dashboard to replace the part and now I have no head light indicator. I did not notice it was not working until I had to drive in the rain today. With the head light control set to "auto" (A) the light comes on with the wipers, at least it did before they pulled the dash. I have no indication the head lights are on anymore.

This is just a warning to others, as I was concerned about them pulling the dashboard to begin with. My concerns were right as now I am certain they will have to pull it again?

I will make a big deal of it just because it's supposed to work. This is a brand new truck 10,000 miles and I will be damned if I allow anything to go without repair.
Did you get a recall notice on your AC blower motor yet? If so, How did it go?

I had 3 RRT's done on my truck and just recently got the fuel saver light. Mine was one of the early models as well. Thought I'd never see it, but low and behold, its there.

Told Doc Fluty id get him the RRT's and have been procrastinating, I guess I'll actually go take the time to figure out which ones they were.

I'll have to check into the AC blower recall. Just recently had the intake manifold recall fixed on my truck, apparently they needed to swap out some bolts.

Had this done for my 09 SLT, it worked. Did you check to see if it was an option in the evic and was not selected?

EVIC Cluster Flash for Fuel Saver light. TSB 08-007-10

Sorry. It's actually the damper motor. Sounds like the fix for those who were complaining about noises emitting from the vents.

Yes, please post the codes. I have the Dodge service manager watching the forum. I told him he should pay attention to what people are talking about. Maybe it will help him and the others to do a better job. They really could do a better job IMO.

Yes, It's not an option in the setup menu. Thanks for posting that flash. Now we have two.
I hope we don't confuse my dealership.

I think their are two different numbers for the update for Canada and the US. I don't know them but back when I got the email for mine it was a Canadian number because I posted it and people in the US were bitchin me out cuz it didn't work. Low and behold someone discovered it was a different number for the US.....don't know absolutely but that was a discussion way back.

Interesting, didnt put any codes on my paperwork. I guess I'll try to get an answer from the guys and see if they can look up what they did.

Only RRT i have is 10-009 for manifold bolts.
