I think your price point might be off and the hole "core charge" is a bit of a nuisance. If you give a reasonable flat rate without a core charge, they just might catch someone's attention. Just trying to help.

I meant that customers don't want to be hassled with core prices...as in $50 out the door. I'm not saying this because I need one...I made my own. Just saying what I think sounds fair so you can start moving them.
