TPMS Problems!
Tire pressures keep moving around the truck.
Yellow warning light come on and say TPMS
maint. required. Been back to the dealer
several times and can't fix it. Many modules
have been replaced. Any ideas?

We have a tpms tool that can read the sensors verification I.d. Numbers and program them through wi tech (which is a Chrysler scan tool only) and if the sensor Ids don't match the ones stored in the wireless control module need to reprogram. I have had rams come in with good I.d. Numbers and wondering why it wasn't reading then pulled the tire and found the sensor was from a Dakota so the wireless control module was showing 15psi. But the sensor showed 37psi. Sorry for the rant just sharing what I've seen
That is a good one. Could you tell me when exactly this situation occurs? Is the vehicle on the road? Is the vehicle in the garage?
The reason I am asking is that, if all components are working fine; what are other items that can affect the TPMS components.
I read once that electronic devices that are on the same frequency of the TMPS sensors were inducing errors. A microwave could do it. A UHF radio could be a problem as well. High voltage lines, maybe.
Let us know about the environment.

Thanks for all the suggestions. The dealer finally replace all four sensors.
the problem went away. All the part numbers were correct on the ones removed and the module was properly programmed. What fixed it? Your guess is as good as mine. Thanks again.

All four of mine were replaced 2 weeks ago. They said they had never seen all four go bad at the same time.
