Just got my new Express Wendsday and i have noticed that the Compass is not On, how do i activate it on the EVIC ?

 

I dont think that your express has that feature, I have a friend that has an ST and his does not either. I think an express is an dressed up ST, I am sure somebody that owns one will chime in.

I have just looked at one today at my dealership, I was visiting a friend who is a salesman. The express I looked at did not have a EVIC, there were no controls on the steering wheel. I do know ST models have a temp. on the dash, my old 1500 you had to push the odometer. I have a compass on my TRX4. The prior post I think is correct, the ST does not have a compass, though I could be wrong.

 

There is a guy on another forum who has posted a video of his exhaust and then he does a shot from the inside cab of his truck and when he shows his dash he does not have a full EVIC display. Just a minature screen for the Mileage etc.. he has an express. So I'd venture to say you do not have that option....just my

 

My EVIC has all the features as my 11 SLT did oil psi, fuel mileage, h2o temp, tranny temp, light and lock adjustment features etc etc just doesnt display the compass it seems odd to have all the features but the compass ill call the dealer tomorrow and see what they say.

 

I assume you must have a 12' because the 11'Express I looked at did not have the EVIC. HHHmmmm???? Well, in my EVIC if you scroll down you will find calibrate compass. Try that.
