Default transfer case leaking pretty bad. covered under powertrain warranty?

its disgusting that i even have to as this question....lol. i have an 09' with just below average miles. 40k. really clean, city truck. (in my sig below)

its my 3rd vehicle now so she hasnt been getting much use lately. anyway,my transfer case is pretty much soaked. it looks like its been running down to the shaft and getting flung all over the bottom of the sheetmetal...

is the dealer going to try and fight me on this not being covered by my lifetime powertrain?

As plum said it should be covered under warranty. I can't see any reason why the dealership should 'fight' you over this.
