Default 1 yr free Sirius included with our Rams....?????

My 2012 truck came with a 1 year subscription to Sirius Satellite Radio and travel Link. I purchased the truck on July 26, 2012. Sometime yesterday (8/20/12) between 8 am and 5 pm my Sirius was somehow disconnected. I no longer get the Sat. radio or the travel link.

Who should I call? Dealership? Ram Customer Service? Sirius?

The dealership is your first call IMO. Other poster have claimed that theirs has run out because the dealership activates it too soon. I would call them first and ask whats going on.

Mustang,

If you PM me your Vin and the ESN/SID number I can get it straight for you. The ESN/SID number can be found by tuning your radio on SAT to channel zero.

One call to Sirrus fixed it for me. Totally painless.
