Default ATV and the RamBox

How are most of you guys with the rambox hauling your atv's. I am in the middle of working out a deal on a new truck but i really want the rambox. i brought my quad down and it fit just right snug where the tires rubbed on the aluminum rail for the slidding anchor points. yes it fit but that was rolling it out of my truck into the new truck. i dont think when i set up ramps that im going to hit it perfect every time and i am fer sure to wreck something.

That's the only reason I did NOT get the Rambox. ATV was too wide. I couldn't have even fit it in snug like you did...also the reason I got a Quad vs Crew....

Good luck, though.

I'd say that sounds like a good reason to shop around for a new ATV that fits the Rambox better... Then you end up with two new toys!

haha i dont think a new atv would be the answer. my brute force 750 is pretty new and if i were to get a new one id probably go with an even bigger can-am!

i like how you can get the 6'4 box with the crew now, least on the HDs which is what im working on, but even then the tailgate doesnt close. To bad they dont make a 7' box. i think that would be right handy.

looks as tho im stuck with buying a trailer if im going the rambox route.
does anybody know of a folding trailer like lifetime or craftsman had? its to bad they no longer make them cause im pretty short on space

Default Folding trailer

I was looking at a Northern Tool magazine this weekend and I saw a folding trailer (4x8) for $429.00 plus free shipping. It doesnt have any decking on it so you will have to come up with something there but that is not a bad price.
