Default 2010 Ram Coolant Drain/Flush

I am in need of assistance. I need to change my engine coolant and am having issues. I have located the coolant drain valve but it just spins and spins. Am i suppose to pull it out with pliers or something? The location that I found the valve is on the lower driver side of the radiator. Once I drain the fluid from there, is there anywhere else should I drain more fluid from? Pictures would be great and a video would be better. I changed my differential oil fluid earlier and that was easy but this seems like a pain.

Well guys I still had issues with draining the radiator so I pulled the lower radiator house and drained coolant there. After that, I found the block drain plug on the passenger side and drained from there. I found one on the driver side but it was hard to get to so I did not do that one. Once I topped off the truck, I ran into issues with it overheating driving it around the block which was no more than 5 mins. I burped the cooling system and all is well. After all was said and done, the truck took somewhere between 12-14 quarts. I missed quite a bit of coolant in my pan too.
