Default Electric problem... Help?...

So someone hit my Nissan Titan last month and totaled it, which gave me a good excuse to go ahead and buy my first Ram. Bought a 2010 1500 last week its all stock... Got the windows tinted yesterday, dropped it off at 9am.. picked it up at about 1 from the tint shop... (snow storm came through) when I got in my frozen truck I noticed some problems....

none of the gauges are working... truck is running..
no radio
wipers are in the off position but outside they are running
no blinkers
horn doesn't work
battery voltage light and low fuel keep flashing (I have 1/2 tank)
solid red security light stays on.
lights are switched to off but outside they are on..

after a while the radio tries to come on then it goes off
window tint guy disconnected the pos(+) cable for about 15 sec and plugged it back in... nothing... so I drove home... I left the pos(+) cable unplugged for about 30 min when I got home.. when I tried to start it again at first it acted right for about 5 seconds then it went back to the weird stuff.

I drove it to a garage of mine today to let it set and maybe try to dry out any water he may have let run onto something? im not sure... but on the way all my electric problems went away and my truck was fine for about a solid 30 seconds.. I thought I was gonna be ok, but then it just started twitching out and coming back and forth... wipers kick on whenever they want at whatever speed they want and shut off for a min then blah... its weird ****... hopefully someone can help me out? I'm no car guru.

Welcome to DF. Moving you to the correct section.

Have you checked out the battery to make sure its OK? Our Dodges do some really weird things when batteries are on their way out.

Someone else posted here with the same problem some time ago. Same situation as you with the windows tinting and electrical problems afterwards. Turns out that water got into the door modules that are connected to the CAN bus. I don't remember the solution but I think he pulled the skin of the door and let it dry out.

EDIT: found the link

Default Problem fixed---THANK YOU!!

I followed Pedro Dogs link- https://dodgeforum.com/forum/4th-gen...-expexted.html And I pulled my door panel off and unplugged the 5 plugs that all run into a 4"x4" black module to reveal even after 3 days there was still water inside the plugs and a small amount of corrosion. I took a shop vacuum and sucked all the water I could from them and then used an air chuck to blow the rest of the plugs and module off. I did this very thoroughly. I might add I left the negative cable disconnected from my truck for 2 days. I doubt this had anything to do with it, but after cleaning all the water off I plugged everything back in and WALAAAHHH. My truck is acting normal again. I didn't have to purchase anything (yet) and I am one happy camper for you guys leading me to the right information. Thank you again.

Hopefully you contacted the tint shop and let them know that their procedures are causing problems with RAM trucks...
