Default limted slip

What would I expect to pay to have a limited slip put in my 2012 Ram 1500 4x4?

About $1k including the LSD unit and Labor. I would Not go OEM. Either Auburn or Detoit
Stock LSD's have issue's. The LSD's are fairly pricey on their own but you have a '12 so you can pretty much re-use everything.

???? There is no way you can get an LS and install kit for that much money, let alone installation.

I just had a LSD installed in a Dana 35 rear axle of my Jeep and parts alone were $500 not sure what brand but at the same time I had the rear axle rebuilt (bearings and seals) and the final bill was $1500.

Yes. OEM LSD I believe they allow 2:92-4:10 and aftermarket can go up to 4:56.

3:55 is middle of the road for the carriers.
