Quad lamps... You have two bulbs low beam on top and high beam below it.
Dual headlamp... It's one big housing with one bulb that functions as your high and low beam in one bulb.
Go to Google images type 2010 Dodge RAM dual head lamp and then in another search quad headlamp and you'll see the difference.
