Default Need advice on wheel offset/Bs

I know its been beaten to death but looking at either adding 35x12.5x20 to stock wheels with half inch spacers or getting RockStars with same size tires, now I've seen offset of -12 to +1mm, I like the look of the +1mm since I do not have fender flares on my truck I don't want the tires to stick out to much. Need opinions on what Offset/BS to use to keep from rubbing on 20x9 Rockstars with above mentioned tires, don't want the tires tucked in (sure cant anyways) but I don't want them sticking to far out just the bare min to prevent rubbing. And its on a 4WD lifted 4" with a RCX kit.

I had 20x9 xd misfits with 0 offset and 35 toyo mts. The tires were flush with the edge of the factory flares. I had no rubbing.

I have 35x12.5x20 Terra Grapplers on stock rims. 1/4" spacers but it's not enough. I've been looking at other rims, but may just go with 1.5" adapters. Want the Trail Grapplers this time. Any thoughts on hub centric adapters?

Check out the pics in my gallery. 1/2 spacers would be better, but then you lose 1/2 inch of grip for your lug nuts. Which is my predicament... do I go adapters? I also have a RC 4" lift.

If you have a lift you should be ok, I have 35's on my stock 20's with a 2" leveling kit, no rubbing of any kind. By the way I need to update my profile, I just bought a 2014 1500 4x4.

MattsMTN,

So what did you do? I'm gonna get the 35s G2s but looking at the 1" adapters, why did you look at 1.5", they say you need at least 7 turns on the lug to be alright. Art, your on Stock with no spacers and a 2", how wide is your tire spec (not rim)?

I heard you need at least 1 1/4" to allow for the length of the lug. Is that not the case? I haven't measured my lug length yet to know for sure. If I can get away with 1 1/4" I'll do that.
