Question Doors keep locking

Hi All:
As the title says "Doors keep locking, and locking, and locking".
As usual it always happens on weekend when the dealer is closed. Thought it mite be the FOB but both have no effect on the problem. I unlock with the fob and within 5 seconds it locks the doors, and keeps trying to lock them over and over again.
Any one have this problem ? The truck is a 2013 quad cab BIG HORN SLT 4x4 with 10,200 miles.

Sorry to hear you are experiencing a problem with the doors. It could be the power lock switch. Have you contacted your servicing dealer to have your vehicle inspected and diagnosed for the concern?

Yes I have an appointment on Wed. at 8:00 A.M. I was just curious if this might be a common problem.

How many Fobs do you have? Take the battery out of one of them, give it a while and see if it happens. If it does, take the battery out of the other one.

Otherwise you'll need an RF Meter. You may have accidentally gotten some goooew in your fobic.

Hi All:
Took the truck to the dealer and about 2 hours later he called and said they found the problem but had to order the part, BUT the part was backordered for a few weeks. I asked if this was a common problem and he said yes that is why they can't keep up on the demand. When it comes in and the truck is "fixed" I will reply with what the problem was unless the wait is longer and I will report that too.

Hi All:
Went to the dealer to get the part # and he said it came in yesterday. The part # was the same on that they replaced last December,68110867-AA, it is the switch on the drivers door arm rest that controls the locks, windows, mirrors, etc. Last year it just quit completely only the passenger rear window would work.

TN TEC can you shed any light on if this is a common problem?

No, have not run into that one. I would be willing to bet you have a terminal pushed out in a body connector somewhere. I had a 13 recently where I was inside the door jamb tapping into a wire. When I pulled on the harness a little the connector came unplugged with very little effort. Turns out the connector lock was not engaged, and the truck would act up with rough roads and large temperature changes.

Hi All
Well it has been 24 hours and the doors seem to be fixed. As stated they replaced the same switch that was replaced last year, but the new part has the same part number as the old but the suffix has changed from AA to AB. I hope this means the problem is corrected.
Thanks to all who replied.
