2013 Dodge 3500 Cummins wont reverse

I am in 4WD and can move forward however wheels seem to lock up when shifting to reverse and wont spin

Tough to say, but it's gonne be in the transfer case or transmission. You could try taking out the R.R. Axle shaft and see if that helps, but really I'd be driving or having it towed to the dealer.
