Default Front mud flaps on 2016 Ram 2500?

I ordered my 2500 Ram crew cab (2016)this week with the full wheel to running boards.I wanted to get the molded front and rear Ram mud flaps installed. My dealer is telling me I cannot get the front mud flaps because there is NOT enough space between the tire and running board to install. What are my options??Thanks..

You can probably get those universal fit ones that are just a flat piece of plastic instead of contoured ones.

Should be able to fit the Mopar heavy duty ones, they are thick flat rubber and longer than the molded. I run them on all four corners of my truck, the molded ones are cute but not enough coverage.

Are these 'wheel to wheel' running boards the normal tube style ones? If so, it seems odd that they would come further forward than the ones that only go under the cab. I have the Mopar molded mudflaps on front and there is still enough room to stick your hand between them and the front of the tube step. They are super cute, by the way. And they provide all the protection you could want.

Just going by what my dealer told me the ram molded FRONT flaps will NOT fit on a 2500 Ram with the wheel to wheel running boards on a 2016.
