Which monitor is not completing? Do you have the yes/no list from your inspection sheet? At 186K, there is probably something that isn't falling in range in the data, but not enough out to set a trouble code.

Original cats or aftermarket?

I've been down this aftermarket Hemi converter road many times.

all original equipment everything else will complete but those 2 I have checked wiring and found nothing corroded but put dielectric grease on all truck runs at about 195 mileage is a little off but may be due to lots of idling when i run graph on o2 they are all the same thanks again for you help

This was a 2008 Hemi truck with 2 aftermarket converters welded in. They can't flow the way OEM or high flow ones can. "Dead" OEM converters pretty much read the same way. It's a back pressure issue. Not enough to influence drivability, but enough to gas up the upstreams and level them out. As you can see in the graph, the upstreams are oscillating a little.

Now, this truck had the same graphs BEFORE he went somewhere and did aftermarkets. We tried to sell him the OEM assembly before he did that. We finally made a believer out of him.

Do what you want. I don't have your truck in my possession. I do what I can from a keyboard. If the answer is not to your liking, choose another answer.
