Accuator replacement cost?

 

What actuator ? What year truck ?

 

My 2010 Laramie 1500 is blowing somewhat cool air on driver's side and heat on the passenger's side. I don't hear any clicking noises upon start up. I've seen some youtube videos that show how to get behind the central dash with radio, cupholders, etc. but I want to make sure I'm replacing the right ones. Could the motor be bad therefore it doesn't work even though it's not clicking? It also does not seem to control the Heat flow from floor vs dash.
