Default Misfire

Hello everyone. New to the forum. I recently bought a 2014 Ram 2500 with the 6.4L Hemi and 165k miles. It has started to have a misfire on cylinder 4. With my scan tool I don’t get a misfire when the engine is cold. As soon as the engine warms up I get constant misfires on the cylinder. I also get random misfires on other cylinders and occasionally it throws a code for misfire on cylinder 2. I only get misfires when the truck is in park. As soon as I put it into gear it stops misfiring. The only other thing I have noticed is when cruising and the MDS activates the truck shudders like you are going over a rumble strip. So far I have swapped the changed the plugs, swapped the coil and swapped the injector. All cylinders have the same compression. I pulled the passenger valve cover and the is zero play in any of the rocker arms. I turned the motor over to verify all valves are moving the same. The motor has zero tick other that a slight exhaust leak on that side. The inside of the valve cover is skeaky clean as if someone just rebuilt the motor. I’m not sure what else to check. I have ordered a new set of MDS solenoids but I’m not sure if the would cause a misfire at idle. Any help is greatly appreciated.

How old are the O2 sensors? If they are original, I would replace at least the front guys.

I think I figured it out finally. Whoever rebuilt the engine put one of the MDS lifters for cylinder 4 in cylinder 2. I am waiting on a new head gasket and bolts to put it back together and see if the misfire stops.
