I've had this 178,000 mi 2004 Ram 4x4 4.7 for several years now and ready to move up to a 4th gen.. I think my 4.7 has been a great trouble free engine and fuel mileage been really good... but maybe I just got lucky lol..What I wish to find out is the last year the 4.7 4x4s were made..willing to take a chance on a crew 4.7 and haven't had much luck finding them in the classifieds online..If I knew what years the 4th gen model was made it would narrow down my searches..thanks

 

I don't think the 4.7 came in the crew cab trucks. That's a lotta truck, for that engine.

 

4.7 in the Ram was discontinued in 2014.

 

They do exist..looked at a 2010 model last year..but was not that interested after realizing all badging was removed and had possible body damage at one time..
Just lookin to see what years that combo was available.
