Angry LEAK in roof

Hi New to forum but just trying to see if anyone else has a mystery leak in their headliner in the rear seat area?? It's a 2014 3500 dually and I keep getting a big water ring on both sides of rear head liner.
I am thinking it has something to do with the two black rubber strips that run from front to back? No water in front area that's what is crazy? Anybody else having this issue? Thanks

I believe it’s going to be the seal on your third brake light. It could also be the satellite antenna. Give it a bit and a few others may reply and confirm.

Yes. I agree with Weside. Ive read alot of posts saying the same. That would be my starting point...3rd brake light.

I have a 2014 Ram 1500 and my headliner leak was due to the 3rd brake light seal. The old seal removed cleanly and I replaced it with some closed cell self adhesive weatherstripping from the local hardware store. No leaks since.

replace the seal...I've seen some people caulk it, 2 sided tape it....its must be something that can be easily removed for bulb replacement.

yes, my third brake light had a faulty seal - replaced that and the leak stopped. Wrecked my wiring though so be mindful of that
