4wd vibrations and wondering
2010 regular cab ram 1500
have a 4” tuff country lift installed when in 4wd is engaged bad vibrations start around 10 -20 mph
when I hit a bump the truck wanders really badly

Two separate problems I think.
have a look at your front driveshaft angles. With the truck in 2wd, front end jacked up, (preferably under the control arms....) turn the front driveshaft by hand. How's it feel?
While you are under there, inspect ALL of the front suspension parts.
Did you get an alignment after the lift was installed?
