I decided to change the headlights since they're too bright, they stand out too much plus I want HIDs. Alright, I got a Neon 02 ES. I was told I need size 9007 .. I wanna get the 10000K ones.. high/low beam. This is the kit I'm looking at:

Now for the projectors. I don't know if I'll still need the same bulb size if I get some halo's (9007). I don't know which ones too get though.. It's between these two:

Another thing... I want to change my fog lights to white.. Do I need to get HID or can I just get any bulb? I think my size is 9145.. not sure tho.

For some reason I like the 2nd ones better. Is there anything else I'll need to setup the headlights with the HIDs?? I need some help here please!
