My 2000 Dodge neon will not start. I have replaced the battery, nothing still. When you turn the key the radio, lights, window, and horn all work fine and you turn the key futher to start it and nothing happens. No clicking, no attempt to even turn over. What could be wrong?

 

when u turn it to start does the power die.

 

NOPE. Power stays strong the whole time.

 

When your turn the key do you hear the fuel pump turn on????

i got am extra starter i will sell. Only has 10-15,000 miles on it. It is from an 03 sxt.
