Default Question-2000 Neon Stalls, Fuse Blows

I have a 2000 Dodge Neon, ES If i remember correctly. The problem is that whenever I hit the gas to go forward, the 15 AMP fuse for what i am assuming is the ECM as the panel says something about Engine Block or Electric Control Module blows and the car shuts off. Radio and all electrics still work but car will no start or even pretend to start. I'm not quite sure what is going on and i think i may have a short but i'm not positive. Can someone give any advice on what might be happening here and if i can fix it cheaply?

You have a short somewhere maybe possibly even in the ECM.
