y is it so hard to find one for my 2000 neon? the manifold and the cat are all one piece. my car has 2 cats for some reason

 

you are from cali arent you??? i bet that is why, because of emision laws... i did not think of that when i contacted you, i would be able to sell you my cat off mine because i am getting a new exhaust on my car so let me know and see what you emision laws are
