Im not sure about the Ram, but I know the First Viper SRT-10's came out in 2000

For the Viper, I would suggest Ebay.com ....they seem to have good prices usually. And the Ram, I'd still go ebay, but If you want to buy it at a car lot go to car max...and Definately ASK for the Invoice (to see how much they paid for it so you dont get ripped off).
