i would say all of the top 10 posters know what they are talking about. and then we also get teh extra entertainment from badstratrt and crazy squee that we all enjoy.

The object of one's postings should be to provide some useful information on automotive topics or ask an automotive related question with the exception of the "Off Topic" area. Posting for the purpose of running one's numbers up makes that person a "posting *****" and is a major no-no at virtually every forum I've ever visited.

Not to say one shouldn't socialize, but there are some rather dubious postings once in a while that add little, if anything to the thread, just like mopartodd pointed out.
