When I get on, I look at some post but not all. But when I come back on later it either shows all are read or mostly unread. Even the ones I looked at, though they have no new post.
Do I have something set wrong or what?

Well I think it only shows things unread since your last login which would be why some things you haven't read yet aren't marked unread. I have also noticed sometimes it just goes a little crazy on you, clearing all cookies and the cache seems to fix that.
