OK well i was just suggesting car and truck of the month because this is the suggestion part. but i understand how busy u must be, so don't even have this on the back of your mind. voting would be cool though...

 

Voting would only cause hard feelings for those who don't win. Besides being a headache for Amanda, you have to consider that only a few hundred of us are daily posters on DF. Waiting for almost 10,000 members to vote would take way too long. You've also got people in the military O/S who don't have regular access to a computer.

Maybe a "board" of 5 or so randomly picked active members could decide. That's the way we picked our "Airman/NCO/Officer of the Month" in the military......

 

Like I said in a previous post.... delegate it to the Moderators!

well for voting deadlines it could be an automatic counting process right??and theyr could be a cut off date that the final votes have to be in by

 

have a date to do that would be the only way that makes sense.

 

yea...and if u dont vote by ### then u dont have a say that month

 

yeah and that gives people who are on enough the reward of voting, but also gives the people who aren't on the chance next month.

 

or maybe adding jims idea in their...randomly pick a few ppl to chose say 5 vehicles to be "canidates" and then let the ppl vote on those vehicles
