nows is a good time to update all patches
on Flash, Quicktime, Realplayer, Firefox, and so forth
because the bad guys are dumping malware
on un-patched plugins and media players

oh ****, thats what happened to my puter. see my thread, the damn things crashed completley now

this should really be posted in OT as well, people who frequent myspace and such really need to be aware of this. my wife and i couldnt figure out where this crap came from until i read that article. damn myspace anyhow, it completley crashed my wife's computer. it was running 'slow' for a couple days, getting worse. finally found the adware after getting an antiadware program and installing it. after removing some of the 'sink full' of adware, the computer is totally crashed out

try cleaning the hard drive with a nother computer and malware scanning program it works great if you know what your doing
