I know that there is a way to disable the stupid touch mouse on my laptop, but I have not figured it out. I have a wireless usb mouse that I use. But it never fails, when I am typing, I brush the touchpad and it erases stuff or moves the cursor and I end up typing in the wrong place. Its a Dell laptop, if anyone knows how to do this, I would appreciate the help.
