Default Video Card Upgrade

I just purchased a new laptop. A Dell 1525 with the Intel® Core 2 Duo T5550 (1.83GHz/667Mhz FSB/2MB cache), Windows Vista ® Home Premium Edition, 3GB DDR2, 667MHz 2 Dimm, 250G 5400RPM SATA Hard Drive, Intel 4965AGN Wireless-N Mini Card, 85 WHr 9-cell Lithium Ion Primary Battery, andwith the Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X3100 Graphics.

I really would like to buy a better graphics card for it and am wondering if that can be done. I really haven't touched laptops for the most part so I dont know how customizable they can be. Any one know if I can install a new video card on it?If so, which video cards would you recommend for this system?
