I am running Vista Business now, but I got a good deal on Vista Ultimate, should I do a full install with Ultimate or just upgrade?

 

Just run the upgrade since you already have everything setup the way you want. The only real major differences is the added bonus of Windows Media Center, DreamScape, some of the Ultimate extras like games and what not......and the full blown Aero package.
