I don't know who to ask to move him so he gets seen by the right folks. Is there a Mods/Admin list anywhere that I've just never noticed?

 

I dunno but I made an admin/mod group and it will be listed under social groups from your user cp and will be first alphabetically.

and scroll up and down and see if the paper/star icon is green or gray. Green being online.
