gallery photos limited to four
The upload photos button was missing and I couldnt upload photos to albumsoI deleted my current album and now I can create a new one, but its only allowing me to upload four pics, where I used to have twelve. I even created a new account "redlac67" and it too gives me only four pics remaining.

Members here less than 30 days and with less than 50 posts are restricted to 4 pics in a gallery and 1MB.
Once you hit 30 days and 50 posts you will be able to post 100 pics and have 10MB of space.

Answers my question. I've been around for quite a while but I don't yet have fifty posts. Guess I better get around to that so I can put up more than four pics of the wife's truck. I have like twenty. Shoot, I've made tens of posts already today. Not too far away!
