how do i change the size of my pics so they meet 20kb so i can post them?

 

pictures have to eb under 500K to post not 20



but you open up painshop...get the picture in there click image..then strech/sque and decrease the % and thats how big it will be

You'll need to resize them with a program like Photoshop, the gimp, or even mspaint. If you open an account at photobucket.com, you can hotlink them in full size using the image tags.

Do you have any photo editors that came with a digi-cam or something? Most of those have a resizing tool.
