I read them last week cause I spotted the post, just went to look for them out of curiosity, and it took me 5 minutes to find them. Would probably be helpful for enforcement if they're readily available everywhere.

Most new people visit the New member forum shortly after joining the site. They are stickied at the top of the page.

 

I will have to post them over and over and over... what rule were you looking for... ? It's pretty much common sense rules... you know? I won't post them in every section, but some of the general sections. How's that?
