Where can someone find a device to diagnose engine light(EL) problems and their codes. This is the secod time my EL has turned on in less than 10k miles. The first time my EL turned on I was told by the 5* Dodge dealer Diesel Mechanic it was the oxygen sensor. Now there CLOSED and I would rather do my own T/S now that the warranty is expired.
