Sig Pic not showing up

Default Sig Pic not showing up
I know this is a common problem but I cant figure it out. I resized the image to almost half the required size for the sig image but its not showing up. Help? Thanks.

I just put it in for you. Look at your sig in your UserCP and you'll see what I did...

Can't get my sig pic to show in post either.

It does show in the preview in my CP though.
