I went to look at the tech archives from work a couple of days ago to look up info to diag a problem on a 2500 Ram Van. The banner came up and nothing else, we dont have any blocks on the computer (its only 4 of us, so the owner doesnt a need for one) at the shop, another time I got nothing, a third time I got the home page but couldn't access anything else. Worked fine at home the same day.
