Default 'Mark Read' not working correctly

Forums are coming up all bold, as unread. When I click 'Mark Forum Read' or the site level 'Mark All Read', nothing changes, all are still bold as unread. Happens in all of my 4 browsers ???

I've brought it to the attention of the admins. Hope they are doing something.
