Personally I think that's ugly. I refuse to save pictures on my computer that have big logo's like that. It completely RUINS the image... Personally, I could give less of a crap if some loser online steals pictures of my truck and claims that it is theirs... They obviously need the ego boost. I know when it comes down to it, I have the truck sitting in my driveway, and they don't.
but that's just my outlook

Is it "Stealing" though? I'm just not sure I understand your point. You make the pictures look like crap on purpose so nobody else wants to look at them? When I see pics of new vehicles and such, and there is writing all over, it just detracts from the overall appearance of the vehicle... If you don't want somebody ON THE INTERNET to get ahold of your pictures, maybe the safest thing to do is not post them at all?
Of course we'll post them for those and we'll protect our pictures how we see fit. If you don't want to look, you don't have too. Watermarking is VERY common.

I didn't mean for that to come across abrasive, I apologize. You did come into a thread two months old and tell me the hard work we put into taking pics and therefore protecting them is ugly... I was a bit offended, but to each their own. I would rather not have people steal pics, we wouldn't need watermarking... but imagine this... a picture YOU took of a concept car gets hi jacked and someone earns money by selling the rights to it... which weren't their rights to begin with. It would be angering... you have the rights, someone else claims it and earns money from it... OR someone simply takes all your pictures and and goes to a competing site and says "Look, I took all these..." and it was really your money, hard work and efforts that made those pictures available.
Trust us... if we could know that no one would try to steal the rights or claim they took the pics, we've love to not have to watermark. LOL!
