Help! Smilies and other gifs not working

I just noticed that the smilies and other .gif files n **** aren't working (moving) for me. Any ideas why?

it might be something with my comp settings, idk, this sucks.

Thanks, but I can see the smilies, they, other gifs like that dirty sanchez thing, arent moving[:'(]
