This has been happening to me a lot lately, pretty annoying. Funny thing is, it always seems to be the link I need to click on. I can go to some other link on the same page and it will work fine, but go back to the one I really want, and it just sits there. Happens about 5 to 10 times per day. I'm using Netscape 7.2.
