I just bought a new comp and for some reason I canèt use the question mark key,and a couple other or I get this è or É of ç.
Ive tried a different keyboard and it does the same thing so I know its not really the keyboard I just dont know how to fix it.

 

Try going to the control pnl-regional and language options-selectlanguages tab-press the "details" button-make surekeyboard has US (in bold), is not sellect add, and under input language select english (United states). You may have many lang inputs and US needs to be in bold. You may have pressed the key seq. on the keyboard, and inadvertly changed to another input. Let me know
