Is my monitor faulty or what? I just got an acer 17" lcd, I turn it on this morning and the screen seems to have shifted or something. I reset the screen resolution and that worked for my main screen. Now when I'm on the internet I can't see the side bar or the x to close the window what's up? [:@]

your X seems to be visible on that screenshot
as well the page is short enough NOT to need the side scrollbar.
