when i start my computer (dell xps desktop) and pick what user i want to go in and log on i get this error message and trying to figure out what it is

has to do with music match jukebox, reinstall or just completely uninstall the program

Correct, and uninstalling it is the best option. That program is just junk, plain and simple. Itwas a decent program when it first came out, but anymore its just a resource hog. Windows Media Player is capable of doing everything it does and just as good.
